Product Overview
With an aggressively styled Ace Pro Series Rear Bumper and Tire Carrier for your Jeep JK and JKU Wrangler, you'll have the ultimate protection for the rear of your Jeep, and a rock-solid carrier for your oversize spare that allows for single-handed gate operation. Plus, with our optional integrated 6" LED light provisions, you'll have plenty of light no matter how dark the trail gets. The LED Light Bars are not included and must be purchased separated.

Bumper
This slim-designed Pro Series bumper is made from 1/4" thick steel plate and is contoured tightly to allow for extreme departure angles. Bumper mounts inside the factory frame for maximum clearance.
Tire Carrier
The tire carrier consists of a spindle housing that's welded and supported from the top and bottom plate of the bumper. There's a zerk fitting provision in the housing that utilizes our cnc machined, oil impregnated bronze bearings. We recommend greasing every 3,000 miles to ensure proper swing function.
The spindle is cnc machined from solid stock and welded to a beefy 2" diameter x 0.134 wall tubing that has our 1/4 laser cut tire mounting plate.
The kit also includes an adjustable tire mount stanchion used to mount your tire tight to the carrier regardless of tire width, plus a rear gate mounting plate that couples the tire carrier to the gate via a heim joint.
The carrier is rated for up to a 38" tire, is conveniently designed for effortless single-handed operation and has an integrated CB antenna mount.
Finish and Options
The ACE Pro Series Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier is finished with black textured powder coat and comes with zinc-coated mounting hardware and D-ring mounts built in. You can order it with or without (2) 6" LED light provisions. The receiver retains the factory tow ratings of 2,000 lbs. for a 2-door and 3,500 lbs. on a 4-door JK.
Installation.
By using existing mounting holes, we make the installation process as easy as possible, but don't think we've skimped on rigidity. Our mount actually extends 10" inside the frame rail, making the attachment much stronger than a stock bumper, or nearly any bumper on the market.
Remove your factory bumper and receiver, bolt on your new ACE Pro Series Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier, and hit the trails with confidence.
